Binding:

Saddle stitching is 25 cents per book
Perfect binding is 75 cents per book
Plastic coil binding is 90 cents per book
Wire-o binding is 1 dollar per book

UV Coating:

UV coating of one side is 20 cents each
UV coating of two sides is 40 cents each

Proofing:

PDF proofs are free
Hard copy proofs via UPS ground service are $25
Hard copy proofs via UPS overnight service are $50

Rush Processing Times:

For books, booklets, catalogs, and magazines:

Standard processing is 4 business days after proof approval
3 business day processing is 10% extra
2 business day processing is 15% extra
1 business day processing is 25% extra

For all other printing products:

Standard processing is 2 business days after proof approval
1 business day processing is 15% extra

Folding:

Folding is 20 cents per copy
