Many organizations have an annual fundraising event, often accompanied by a fundraising magazine printing project with paid advertisements. We were honored to print this magazine for You Night, an organization that empowers women to rise above their cancer diagnosis so they can pay it forward to help others who have cancer.
This fundraising magazine printing project was a 152 page full-color perfect bound magazine. It was beautifully designed, with gorgeous color throughout.

We were super fortunate to find Publishing Xpress! We had been working with a different printer for over a month, and right before our huge annual event, the printer informed us that they would not guarantee that we would get our printing project in time. This despite dozens of conversations assuring that they would meet our deadline with plenty of time to spare.
The amount of stress that this printer put us through right before our event is downright criminal. They had already taken our money, and we had already sent in signed-off proofs with an assured deadline. At the last minute, they decided to tell us that due to paper shortages and staff shortages, they didn’t think they were going to be able to make the deadline and that we might receive our printing project three weeks after the event. They were super nonchalant about it.
We are a nonprofit that helps women diagnosed with cancer, so all of our fundraising efforts help support our therapy programs. We feature all of our participants’ stories in this beautiful magazine that you printed for us. Not only is quality super important, but also the price since we would rather put our funds into our therapy programs than into printing. When we were stuck scrambling to try to find a replacement printer, everyone we called was astronomically expensive.
From start to finish, you were responsive, friendly, helpful, and reassuring. We actually got the project two days earlier than we thought we were going to get it with plenty of room to spare! We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the project as well as the customer service that we received and also the great price! We definitely would use you again! Thank you so much!
